ENTERPRISE CAPABILITIES
The company's competitive advantage lies precisely in the fact that the production complex includes a group of plants with different technological chains.
The Aluminum Structures Plant includes: two foundry shops, four extrusion presses, two painting chambers, and two aluminum profile processing and manufacturing sites.
The Steel Structures Plant is equipped with two tube rolling mills for electric-welded profiles, a multifaceted lighting pole production line, and two workshops for manufacturing structures of varying complexity.
The Hot-Dip Galvanizing Plants are equipped with three baths of different sizes. Two of them are located in Maloyaroslavets and one was commissioned in 2015 in the Leningrad Region.
Our plants are provided with high-precision tools manufactured in-house, as well as a certified laboratory. This enables us to control all technological processes using our own resources. Over the years of operation, the company has proven itself in such sectors of the Russian economy as: agriculture, energy, oil and gas, industrial and civil construction, and road construction.
