KP(325)R2-NxV-a-90-C radius bracket for faceted and conical round supports.

Bracket designations:

• K - bracket;
• P - attached;
• 325 - diameter of the top of the support;
• R - radius;
• 2 - the number of lighting fixtures on the bracket;
• H – height in meters (see technical specifications);
• B - reach in meters (see technical specifications);
• a - bracket inclination angle 15°;
• 90 - angle between lighting fixtures;
• C - coating applied by hot-dip galvanizing.

Bracket KP(325)R2-NxV-a-90-Ts

A bracket allows you to direct light at a specific angle and provide the desired intensity. There are many types of mounts available to meet these needs.

The bracket is constructed from a metal pipe: straight-seam electric-welded according to GOST 10704-91 and seamless hot-formed according to GOST 8732-78. The steel grade for the product is determined based on the climatic conditions of the installation area, as per SNiP 11-23-81 "Metal Structures."

The bracket is mounted on the top end of the support. Standard dimensions are adhered to during manufacturing, ensuring the fit and adjustment of the lighting fixture. The bracket has an installation length (depth) for mounting the luminaire of 200 mm with a mounting diameter of 48 mm. Other installation parameters are customized according to the customer's specifications.

The lighting fixture can be positioned at a height of 0 to 3.5 meters relative to its mounting location. Horizontal reach ranges from 0.5 to 2.5 meters. The bracket surface is protected from corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing in accordance with GOST 9.307-2021. A decorative paint coating can be applied if necessary.

The add-on bracket is designed for mounting to the side of a support using brackets or clamps below the support's top. Standard top diameters in the structural marking diagram for power cylindrical round supports are 168, 219, 273, 325, and 377 mm. When installing on a square or round concrete support, the required support cross-section size is indicated in the designation. For bracket heights or overhangs exceeding 2 meters, a 57 mm diameter pipe in accordance with GOST 10704-91 is used, with a 48 mm luminaire mounting diameter in accordance with GOST 10704-91 over a length of 200 mm. For smaller sizes, a 48 mm diameter pipe in accordance with GOST 1704 is used.
