SFG-1500-9-01-C(5)

SFG-1500-9-01-Ts(5) – flanged, conical, faceted power support. Allows the use of brackets for four console lighting fixtures, compliant with GOST 9.307-2021.

Support designations:

• SFG - power flange faceted;
• 1500 - permissible lateral static load at the top point of the barrel;
• 9 - support height;
• 01 - air supply to the upper part of the support;
• C - the coating is applied by hot-dip galvanizing;
• (5) - steel thickness.

The supports are protected from corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing (GOST 9.307-2021). With a zinc coating of 40 to 160 microns, the support has a service life of at least 30 years.

The conical-shaped power support with an octagonal cross-section is made of flexible steel sheet welded with a longitudinal seam and protected from corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing in accordance with GOST 9.307-2021. The lower part of the support is equipped with a flange for fastening to foundation elements.

The upper part has a universal mounting point for installing appropriate brackets.

At the customer’s request, it is possible to manufacture a support without a connection point.

The supports are installed in reinforced concrete foundations, which are fitted with anchor or pipe inserts. These are selected for each type of support and ordered separately. Foundation characteristics are determined by three factors: the climatic conditions of the operating area, soil parameters, and geological surveys.
